My Favorite Names

Girls:
1. Briley- I have loved this name for several years. Over the years, my top ten girls' names have changed a lot but Briley has always been number one. I think I love it because it is not common, but it sounds familiar, which is the perfect combination to me.
2. Lavender- I love this name because it sounds feminine without sounding too girly, it is not common and my favorite color is purple. My only hesitation with the name is that it is maybe a little too out there for me.
3. Jane- This name is simple and beautiful and has a wonderful meaning. My mom's name is Jan, so Jane is my way of honoring her.
4. Wren- I always picture a really kind, smart, quietly beautiful girl with this name. I have no idea why I love it. It is getting a little bit popular and I suspect it will get more popular, so I'm not sure I'll ever use it.
5. Freya- This is such a beautiful name and I love the look of it as well as the sound. It is pretty popular and it may get too popular for me to ever use it.
6. Rumena- I have recently been in love with this name. It is beautiful and I love the nickname "Ru" for it. It does not have a great meaning, but it is not a bad meaning either.
7. Athena- This name sounds so strong and beautiful to me, but it is too popular so I probably won't ever use it.
8. Meg- I know it is usually a nickname for longer names, but I do not like any of the names it could be a nickname for. I like a lot of one syllable girls' names.
9. Petra- This name sounds so unique and interesting to me.
10. Adria- I have no idea where I found this name and it is super uncommon. I think this name sounds really awesome.
Boys:
1. Laytham- This is a surname name that is usually spelled "Latham". It is so out there and super uncommon, but for some reason I am absolutely in love with this name. It sounds perfect to me.
2. Marcus- I am in love with boys' names that end in "s". But this name is guilty pleasure for me, because my cousin named her son Marcus.
3. Orion- I love this name because it sounds unique and familiar at the same time. It is getting popular and I suspect it will get more popular, but I might just use this name anyways, because I love it so much.
4. Levi- I love this name, but it is too popular to be usable.
5. Silas- Another boys' name that ends in "s", so of course I love it. It is getting popular and very soon it will probably be too popular to be usable.
6. Walton- I love the nickname Walt, but I hate the name Walter. So I had just Walt on my list for a while, but it never felt like a complete name to me. So when I found Walton, I immediately fell in love with it.
7. Jasper- I have loved this name for several years. I have no idea why I love it (it is not because of Twilight, I hate Twilight).
8. Joseph- I love this name, but it is way too popular to be usable.
9. Abram- I love this name and I love the nickname "Abe" for it.
10. Clark- It is short and simple, and it has a nice ring to it.

The Ultimate Baby Name Tag

1. What is your own name and do you like it? My name is Susanna Marie. I love my first name Susanna, it sounds beautiful, has tons of nickname options, and has a wonderful meaning, "Lily". I don't really like my middle name, Marie, it is extremely common, and it doesn't sound very nice. The meaning of Marie is debatable, but some of the possible meanings are not nice. 2. If you have children, what are their names and how did you come up with them? I don't have any children, so on to the next question. 3. If you have a baby boy right now what would you name him? I would probably name him Orion Zephyr, nickname Oz. I love this combo so much and the nickname Oz is so adorable.  4. If you had a baby girl right now what would you name her? I would probably name her Briley Rose. I have loved this name for a long time. I don't know why I love Briley so much, this name doesn't really resemble my usual name style. Roses are my favorite flowers and I ...
